The brand ideology of Cialfo—to create, collaborate, and socialize—was embraced from the very beginning of space planning at their Delhi HQ in Connaught Place. The goal was to cultivate an innovative environment fostering productivity and strong team bonds.​ A neutral colour palette with light wood accents and pops of primary colours (red, green yellow, and blue) was used to create a lively yet professional atmosphere.
